Sean Bisceglia is Chief Executive Officer of TalentDrive, headquartered in Chicago. Prior to TalentDrive, Sean acquired and became CEO of CPRi (Corporate Project Resources, Inc) in March 2003, and sold to Aquent in July 2005. Sean's leadership as CEO of CPRi helped to grow the organization 200%, making it the largest national marketing staffing firm. As a result, Aquent's acquisition of CPRi crowned them the largest marketing and creative services staffing firm in the world. The firm deploys over 1000 marketers a day around the world.
Prior to CPRi, Sean founded TFA, a marketing technology firm, in 1992, which he sold to Leo Burnett in 1998. Joining Leo Burnett's management post-acquisition to run the company's Technology Group, he was the youngest corporate executive vice president in the Leo Burnett Company's history. Under his leadership, TFA/Leo Burnett achieved a record breaking 96% growth to $210 million with over 350 employees around the globe. In recognition of his achievements, Sean was elected to the board of directors of Leo Burnett USA.
Beyond his relentless focus on profitable growth, Sean's success also is attributed to the profile he keeps within the business community. He serves on the advisory boards of various companies, contributes to the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and various industry trade publications. Sean has served as guest speaker at Harvard Business School, University of Chicago, and DePaul University. In 1999, Sean was named by the Crain's Chicago Business list of "Forty Under Forty" top business people in Chicago. In 2000 he was also named as one of "The Internet 100," by Crain's Chicago Business.
Sean serves on the Palliative Care Center & Hospice of the North Shore Foundation Board, the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago Foundation Board, and the Children's Memorial Hospital Foundation Board.

Terry Shade
Chief Operating Officer
Terry joins TalentDrive as Chief Operating Officer from JobPlex, a leading provider of comprehensive talent management solutions. As Senior Vice President for JobPlex, Terry lead the expansion of its research and technology teams. His practice focused on working with engineering and technology companies, financial services firms, private equity and law firms, as well as small and mid-sized companies that are in start up/ growth mode.
Prior to joining JobPlex, Terry completed his master's and doctorate in Clinical Psychology. He has worked as a crisis management consultant in both corporate and industrial settings. In addition, he has served as a researcher, clinician, and consultant to government organizations.
Terry has also provided leadership and support to St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Geneva, Hesed House Homeless Shelter and Junior Achievement.
Robert Bialk
Director of Strategic Partnerships
We are also pleased to announce Robert will be joining us in Chicago as Director of Strategic Partnerships to navigate building the agreements with VAR's and Strategic Partnerships, and help us focus on past relationships at the F1000 for Talent Filter.
Prior to TalentDrive, Rob Bialk was Regional Sales Manager for Taleo and Vurv. Over the last eight years his dedication to Hiring Management Technology offers a depth of knowledge related to challenges facing recruitment organizations.
After viewing the TalentFilter tool he noted, "TalentDrive is uniquely positioned to deliver "Best Practices" for sourcing Talent. Rob is active in his community as Vice Chairman of the Foglia YMCA in Lake Zurich. He has been a guest speaker at the University of Minnesota (Carlson School of Business). Rob has a Bachelor of Business from the Western Illinois University and MBA from Roosevelt University.

Katy Katz
Director of Client Services
Katy Katz is currently the Director of Client Services in the Midwest for TalentDrive. She has been in the staffing industry for the past five years, and most recently was the Director of Sales for Aquent, the world's largest marketing and creative staffing firm. Katy joined CPRi, a national staff augmentation and outsourcing firm with a dedicated focus on marketing services, in 2003 as the Account Director in Chicago. CPRi, under the direction of Sean Bisceglia, was sold to Aquent in 2005.
Prior to joining CPRi, Katy had a successful career at The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, a leading organization providing information services. During her seven years at D&B, Katy worked with clients to develop needs for information solutions primarily for credit, marketing and supply chain functions. Katy spent her last three years at D&B working with the Global Accounts team and servicing D&B's largest clients.
Katy holds an MBA from Loyola University in Chicago and a BS from Miami University in Ohio.

Lisa Marie Ringus
Director of Client Services - Northeast
Lisa Marie Ringus serves as the Director of Client Services in the Northeast. Prior to joining TalentDrive, Lisa was a Global Account Director at Aquent where she was responsible for developing staffing services for major Fortune 500 accounts across key markets in North America and Europe. Lisa joined CPRi in 2004, where she was a proven leader in Business Development, helping to direct and contribute to the growth of the business.
Before beginning her career in staffing and human capital, Lisa held various Business Development positions in the areas of integrated consumer promotions, sports marketing, and targeted marketing programs including roles with Universal and News America Marketing where she supported large scale businesses. With 10 years of experience, Lisa has focused on building strong client relationships within the Consumer Product, Beauty, and Financial Services Industries.
Lisa is a member of the American Marketing Association, and Cosmetics Executives for Women, and holds a BA from The University of Denver.

Ellen Carnahan
Advisory Board
Ellen has twenty years of private equity investment experience as an institutional venture capitalist and angel investor. As a Managing Director of four of the seven funds affiliated with William Blair & Company LLC, she is a highly successful investor; has hired and developed teams; and, created best practices for sourcing investments and leading them.
Ms. Carnahan joined William Blair Capital Partners in 1988 after ten years of management experience in the software and financial services industries. She was an investment leader with William Blair Capital Partners (WBCP), a series of private equity funds investing in growth companies operating in one of the following industry sectors: business and financial services, consumer, healthcare, and technology. WBCP funds targeted growth company financings and invested in expansion stage venture rounds through recapitalizations of established growth companies. Ellen's investment experience is broad, leading the technology investment team and also targeting select service companies.
Prior to joining WBCP, she had ten years of management and financial experience. She was Vice President of Marketing & Planning at SPSS, a then $30-million software company. Prior to SPSS she was Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Trailer Train Company, the largest operator of railroad flatcars. She joined the Chicago office of Price Waterhouse after college.
She has served on the Boards, Audit and Compensation Committees of over twenty five public and private companies. Currently Ellen serves as a director of Integrys Energy Group (NYSE: TEG) and Vericept Corporation. Ellen is recognized as "one of the 100 most influential women in Chicago" by Crain's Chicago Business. She is the 2003 recipient of the Illinois Venture Capital Association's "Fellowship Award" and the Girl Scouts of Chicago "Luminary Award."
Ms. Carnahan is a CPA and holds a BBA from the University of Notre Dame, magna cum laude; and, an MBA from the University of Chicago, with highest honors.
John Chuang

John Chuang co-founded Aquent in 1986 while still an undergraduate at Harvard University. Within five years John built the business from a small Harvard Square storefront to the twelfth-fastest-growing private company in America, and today, to a $400 million business with 70 offices across 17 countries.
Since forming the company, John has been widely recognized as a leader in the staffing industry. The New York Times called John a "pioneer" and Fast Company concluded in its cover story on the company, "If you want to chart the economy's future, look at where Aquent is going."
John additionally has been featured on CBS This Morning, NPR's Connection, CNBC, Forbes, Inc., and other business and general media publications. He has been listed in the Boston Business Journal's "40 Under 40" and Transpacific magazine's "Top 10 Under 40" and "100 Great Asian-American Entrepreneurs." He was a finalist for the America's Entrepreneur Award and won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, New England region. John has written op-ed pieces for Inc., the Boston Globe, the Boston Business Journal, and Staffing Industry Report. He has given the keynote address for the staffing industry's annual Executive Forum and has been a guest speaker at Harvard Business School.
John served as a board member of the American Staffing Association, AIGA, and the Recycling Advisory Committee for the City of Cambridge, Massachusetts, and as president of the Massachusetts Association of Staffing Services.
Steve Korol

Steve works in partnership with Baker Development Corp, a 23 year old Real Estate Developer and Builder of large scale commercial and residential properties in Chicago. He joined the firm in May, 2007.
Steve served as President of the RR Donnelley Logistics Print and Package Distribution businesses from 2000-04. He became President of APX Logistics, the nation's largest independent provider of low cost business to consumer small package delivery services, following the completion of the APX/Donnelley acquisition transaction by Heritage Partners in October, 2004.
Steve moved into Donnelley's Logistics business in February, 1997 and joined newly appointed CEO to drive a performance and profitability turnaround, ultimately propelling RRDL to become one of the largest non-asset based logistics providers in the US.
Prior to joining Donnelley's logistics business unit, Steve served in a progression of management and sales officer positions in Donnelley's Magazine print division, where he began as a Sales Representative in 1982. Steve started his career at the John H. Harland Company, one of the nations leading Check Printers. Korol served on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Parcel Shippers Association and the Direct Mail Advisory Board of the Universal Postal Union. He also served on the Advisory Boards of National Conference on Operations and Fulfillment and TFA Communications/Leo Burnett Technology Group.
Jack Phillips
Advisory Board
Mr. Phillips previously managed his own consulting firm, The Phillips Company, which he founded in 1997. Prior to forming Koza Partners, Mr. Phillips had previously collaborated with John Koza on numerous capital placement assignments and several consulting assignments.
Mr. Phillips has over 40 years of experience in the institutional real estate investment field. He has assisted in raising over $3 billion of capital.
Prior to forming The Phillips Company, Mr. Phillips was Managing Director for Marketing and Client Relations at Copley Real Estate Advisors from 1983 to 1996. He was previously associated with Property Capital Trust, Cabot, Cabot & Forbes and The Rouse Company.
During his career Mr. Phillips has been a member of The Mortgage Bankers Association of America, Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), Real Estate Board, Society of Industrial Realtors and the Urban Land Institute.
Mr. Phillips is a trustee of Allegheny College, where he serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee. He is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Burr and Burton Academy. Previously, Mr. Phillips served on the Advisory Board of CPRi, a marketing services company headquartered in Chicago.
Jerry Putnam

Jerry Putnam, Past President and Co-Chief Operating Officer of NYSE Group, Inc. In this role, Mr. Putnam, 46, was responsible for the Group's market operations, technology initiatives, new products, and information business.
Prior to joining NYSE Group, Inc., Mr. Putnam founded and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Archipelago Holdings, Inc., an all-electronic exchange based in Chicago. While at Archipelago, Mr. Putnam attracted major investors from the institutional and retail sectors and was a leader in industry consolidation and transformed Archipelago into a public company. He gained a detailed understanding of the securities industry through various positions held at several financial firms including, Jefferies & Company, Paine Webber, Prudential Walsh Greenwood and Geldermann Securities, Inc.
In 1994, Mr. Putnam founded Terra Nova, an on-line broker-dealer where he served as president until January 1999. He currently serves on the board of directors for Terra Nova.
In January 2000, Mr. Putnam was inducted into the Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame sponsored by the University of Illinois at Chicago. In October 2000, he was named one of Time Magazine's Outstanding Innovators.
Joseph Shenton,Jr

Joe joined Lehman Brothers as Senior Vice President in March of 2007. For the six years prior, Joe served as a Principal of Sanford C. Bernstein. Previously, he was CEO of JobPlex, Inc., an Internet-based search firm and software provider headquartered in Chicago. He began his career in 1995, after his undergraduate work at the University of Vermont, as a consultant with the executive search firm, DHR International. When the firm was acquired by EPS Solutions Corp. (a $250MM business service company), he was named vice president of business development and operations. Joe currently serves on the Board of Children's Memorial Hospital as well as several privately held companies.
Daniel W. Yih

Dan Yih joined Starwood Capital Group as its Chief Operating Officer in 2007. Mr. Yih was previously Chief Operating Officer and a portfolio principal at GTCR Golder Rauner. Prior to GTCR, he was a partner at the Zell-Chilmark Fund and held various executive positions, including CFO, at Welbilt Corporation, a manufacturer of equipment for the restaurant industry. Mr Yih earned a BSME, with distinction, from Stanford University, where he was also elected to Phi Beta Kappa and Tau Beta Phi. Mr. Yih also holds a JD-MBA from the University of Chicago.
Mr Yih currently serves on the boards of the Ann Taylor Corporation and Mindcrest, and has previously served on the boards of Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Comsys, Cardinal Logistics Management, American Sanitary and Intecap.
