Prior to TalentDrive, Rob Bialk was Regional Sales Manager for Taleo and Vurv. Over the last eight years his dedication to Hiring Management Technology offers a depth of knowledge related to challenges facing recruitment organizations.

Rob is active in his community as Vice Chairman of the Foglia YMCA in Lake Zurich. He has been a guest speaker at the University of Minnesota (Carlson School of Business). Rob has a Bachelor of Business from the Western Illinois University and MBA from Roosevelt University.
