Steve Dempsey(sdempsey@aquent.com; 404-827-9151)

Steve Dempsey, Vice President Recruiting with Aquent, a global marketing and creative staffing firm has worked in the recruiting industry for 17 years with over 11 years focused on the marketing niche. Steve leads Aquent's North American recruiting strategy and Talent agile development stream focused on Talent facing on-line touch points.

In 2005, Aquent acquired CPRi, a leading national marketing staffing firm where Steve was Vice President of Recruiting. Steve joined CPRi in 1996 as Director, Field Operations and led expansion from one to ten offices nationally over three years. In 1998, Steve was promoted to Vice President with expanded responsibility for human resources.

Prior to Aquent, Steve worked six years with Alternative Resources Corporation, a leading technology staffing and outsourcing provider where as Branch Operations Manager, Steve opened the Atlanta office. Steve oversaw recruiting and delivery in the company's fastest growing start-up branch with revenue in excess of $12 million. Steve held previous positions in recruiting and branch management with Kelly Services. He holds a BBA in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Georgia State University and CSP certification.

Jim Durbin, owner of Durbin Media Group(DMG), an interactive marketing firm specializing in social media. As a blogger and a business owner, Mr. Durbin is an expert on the topics of online employment, recruiting blogs, and using social networks in the hiring process. He is frequently cited in newspaper articles and trade magazines as an expert on ways to use blogs to improve sales and marketing.

Brian Sommer, currently the CEO of TechVentive, a strategy consultancy servicing technology providers, and a fellow with Azul Partners, a marketing strategy and content firm.
