CHICAGO—June 11, 2007 – TalentDrive, the first company to provide the most

comprehensive online resume sourcing and screening solution, announced today the

availability of its services to recruiters and hiring managers within growing and

established companies around the world. It’s the first company with the capability to pull

resumes from more than 40,000 Web-based locations – including niche job boards, local

community Web sites, social networking sites, university Web sites, etc, - combined with

experienced industry experts who provide objective, eyes-on review of resumes within

R&D/Engineering.

With more than 35 million resumes dispersed over 40,000 Web-based locations, recruiters

and hiring managers are spending more than 65% of their time searching the Web for

qualified resumes. TalentDrive provides a new approach to online resume sourcing by

applying Metcalfe’s Law(which states that the value of a network grows by the square of

the size of the network) and expanding a company’s ability to search every Web-based

location instead of a select few, creating a larger “network” of resumes that will

significantly increase the number of quality resumes found.

“I was inspired to create a service like TalentDrive during my previous venture, CPRi, a

marketing staffing firm I sold to Aquent, the largest marketing and creative staffing

company, in 2007,” said Sean Bisceglia, experienced entrepreneur and CEO of

TalentDrive. “While at CPRi, I witnessed first hand the positives and negatives of online

recruiting. We found that working with big job boards wasn’t enough and expanded our

reach to niche job boards, online social networks and community sites, but it wasn’t easy

to manage all the different Web-based locations and I knew we weren’t reaching all of

them. I thought, what if there was a technology that could connect all of these Webbased

locations in one easy solution? I looked to see if there was such a service and

couldn’t find one.”

The technology does not stop there. Qualified resumes are then pulled through a filter

where the resumes are scored through a set of highly defined algorithms. From there

U.S.-based industry experts personally review each resume, evaluating and selecting the

right individuals who match specific standards and qualifications to provide a pipeline of

the most qualified talent, ultimately resulting in more quality hires.

“According to the Society for Human Resources Professionals (SHRM) more than 90% of

HR people are now using the Internet to recruit. TalentDrive provides a candidate

sourcing solution that enables companies to leverage the Internet as a recruiting tool
