the Internet, announced today that Terry Shade has joined its team as COO. Terry will oversee
the day-to-day operations of TalentDrive, along with managing TalentDrive’s proprietary
technology and experienced industry experts.

A seasoned leader in the technology recruiting space, Terry has led technology recruiting
projects spanning several industries including engineering and technology, financial services,
private equity and law firms, as well as worked with small and mid-sized companies in start
up/rapid growth mode. Before coming to TalentDrive, Terry was Senior Vice President with
JobPlex in Chicago, where he served the hiring needs of his clients, as well as lead Special
Accounts & Projects. He initially joined JobPlex as Research Director and quickly moved into
the Chief Operations Officer role, leading the expansion of the research and technology
development teams.
Prior to joining JobPlex, Terry completed his master’s and doctorate in Clinical Psychology. He
has worked as a Crisis and Management Consultant in both corporate and industrial settings
and served as a Researcher, Clinician, and Consultant to government organizations.
