How Our Technology Works

Our proprietary technology operates directly between our servers and any internet site containing resumes to which we have access by using the same HTTP and HTML user interactions which a user would manually perform in a generic browser.

This technology interacts with a resume database or other websites based on a specific search request. We do not visit websites and read their pages to create entries for a search engine index located at a different Internet server site. Our proprietary technology does not crawl through a site's pages.

Our technology allows TalentDrive to increase productivity and connectivity to web-based locations. TalentDrive complies with all OFCCP requirements and can provide specific search logs for OFCCP audits.

Interacting with TalentDrive's Technology

TalentDrive has developed our Candidate Delivery System with significant input from Clients and advisors. A Client logs onto a secure site and enters position descriptions, must haves, location, compensation information and key terms.

Once the Client signs off on the project, the search is initiated based on this integral Client input. Our technology then goes out to over 40,000 websites and human resource job boards in search of the perfect candidates.

How does TalentDrive interact with Resume Databases and Other Websites?

Our proprietary technology is an application which runs on our local desktops and servers.

TalentDrive maintains thousands of valid subscriptions and registrations with resume databases and other web-based locations, including free sites and fee based resume databases.

When we initiate a search against a web-based location, our technology interacts with our Internet browser to run the search and retrieve fast resumes results. The resumes flow directly from the web-based location's server to TalentDrive.

In accessing web-based locations, TalentDrive abides by all login procedures and limits the total number of resumes retrieved during each search session as required by each web location. Additionally, our proprietary technology has features that can further limit the number of resumes retrieved from the web-based location during any 24 hour period and/or eliminate duplicate documents. This enables TalentDrive to manage within daily retrieval limits required by the website.

To view the original resume as it appears on the web-based location's server, we link to the web-based location's site through our Internet browser.

The technology extracts more than one hundred facts with the highest accuracy in the industry, normalizes key data, and translates skills to a standardized dictionary

Unlike tools that screen for keywords or correlated terms, this engine doesn't just verify the match between skills and experiences in the resume and those specified in the job description, It uses powerful statistical models to predict how likely a job is to fit the candidate's career path. TalentDrive goes beyond internet resume searching with effective recruiting web based technology.

Resume parsing is the extraction and normalization of the full range of resume data, including the full range of contact information, work history, education details, skills, certifications, and personal data.

Searching for the Most Relevant Jobs for a Candidate or Resume-to-Job searching enables us to find those jobs in the database that most closely match the resume, based on an analysis of the candidate's experiences, skills, education, qualifications and on advanced concept matching methods. It works purely on the basis of resumes and job descriptions and does not require any additional information, though you could configure your system to filter results based on user-entered criteria such as salary, distance, or hours.

Searching for the Most Relevant Candidates for a Job or Job-to-Resume Matching enables us to find those candidates from the database who are most suitable for a given job. As with Resume-to-Job matching, matches are determined both on a comparison of each candidate's attributes with the attributes of those who have placed into similar jobs in the past and on advanced conceptual matching methods. The “intelligent matching” functionality works simply based on its analysis of resumes and job postings. However, the demo site also gives you the ability to refine search results based on structured parameters.

Resume Cloning or Searching for Candidates who Match Other Candidates enables us to search for more candidates similar to a specified candidate. This is a powerful tool both for intuitive search refinement (i.e. hone in the results set based upon the candidates who most closely resemble your intuitive sense for what you are looking for) and for driving matches based upon past successful placements. In the subsequent results set, you will then see a list of similar candidates. This may yield a very different set of candidates from those returned in the search generated from the job description.

After The Match

TalentDrive's Industry Analysts provide eyes on review for the Matched resumes. Matched and highly rated resumes receive streamlined auto contacts from TalentDrive's Communications team. We strive to go farther then other resume providers and decrease your recruiting time with job board management.

Our Clients review Candidates resumes who are Available, Interested, and a Match to their position requirements. Clients review the resulting resumes and then match, rate, and provide feedback on the Candidates. This feedback loop informs the ongoing search for additional candidates by our technology.

Clients are able to track Candidate status in real time (Red, Yellow, Green lights) The Client then auto-schedules interviews with Candidates through our site and can track project process and status of Candidates.
